SAHM is furious

Many things in life are not fair and those of us in our 30's realize this by now or we should, but venting always seems to help.



My pondering question is...why should I have to stay in lock down in my own home to keep the crooks out of it? Living in a rural community with no close by neighbors, I have to keep my doors shut and locked at all times to keep intruders out. I understand times are hard, jobs are scarce, but do not come to my home or anyone else's and take what is not yours!



In the past week, three houses have been broken into. Two of the houses were not occupied at the time, the owners were at work, but one house held a family. A family!! The families who have been violated live less than 5 minutes from my home, yet nothing can be done about it because the crooks always find a way out of it.



I can tell you now, I will do whatever it takes to protect my home and my family. If a person comes into my home uninvited, I automatically feel threatened whether I know them or not. I do not enter anyone's home uninvited and they will not enter mine or at least if they do they will not be "happy campers" on the way out. I believe in the right to bear arms and I fully support the NRA. People are going to have to start protecting themselves because our Justice system is not doing the job.
